Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation of an order must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. A 100% refund order amount will be issued against such cancellation of the Card amount.
- It may be noted that failure to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing an order will mean that the product has been dispatched and can not be recalled.
- Request for Return and Exchange of Unused, Resalable, Undamaged goods will be entertained within 48 hours in following circumstances:
- The customer wants a change in size (not applicable to Accessories)
- The customer wants a change in colour (not applicable to Accessories)
- Exchange of product is allowed only once after a purchase.
- We provide 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects for all the items within the Warranty period. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 7-10 working days after receiving/pick-up of the item from customer’s address.
